In Morocco traditional bread is sacred and the backbone of the cuisine.

There are a dazzlng array of baked goods to try and this is your opportunity to learn to make two different types of bread, and two different types of pastry, as well as visiting the local Ferran (communal bread oven).

You’ll enjoy the fruits of your labours with Moroccan mint tea, fresh butter and homemade jam.
